Mr. Medhurst is President of Toromont CAT. He has been in the heavy equipment business for some 20 years, including Toromont and predecessor companies. Mr. Medhurst joined Toromont as a Territory Manager. He was appointed President of Toromont CAT in 2004. Mr. Medhurst is a graduate of Toromont's management training program. He is currently an active member of the YPO.

Mr. Casson is President of Battlefield - The CAT Rental Store. He joined Toromont in 1993 as General Manager Northern Region, Toromont CAT. He was appointed Vice President and General Manager Northern Region in 1997 and became President of Battlefield in 2001. Mr. Casson has been in the heavy equipment industry for more than 30 years, including Toromont and predecessor companies where he held various management positions. He is a graduate of Toromont's management training program.

Mr. Mihaichuk joined Toromont in 2007 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Toromont Energy Systems Inc. Prior to his appointment, he served for more than 30 years in the energy, petrochemical and infrastructure industries.

Mr. Heidecker is President of the Canadian Operations of Toromont Energy Systems Inc.. He joined Toromont Energy Systems in 2003 as Vice President, Canadian Operations with the acquisition of Energy Industries and became President in 2006. He was previously employed with Energy Industries for 12 years.

Mr. Fraelic is President of the U.S. Operations of Toromont Energy Systems Inc. He joined Toromont Energy Systems in 1990 as Vice President Canadian Operations with the acquisition of J.H. Lock. He was appointed Vice President and General Manager of U.S operations in 1996 and became President in 2006. He was previously employed with J.H. Lock for 13 years.

Mr. McLeod is President of CIMCO Refrigeration. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Steve joined the Company in 1971 and has held a variety of increasingly senior management positions culminating with his appointment as CIMCO President in 1985.

Mr. Ogilvie is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. He joined Toromont as President in 1985 and served as Chairman, President and CEO of the Corporation from 1987 to 1997. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Ogilvie was Chairman and CEO of the Corporation, at which time he became Executive Chairman of the Board. In 2005, he was appointed Chairman of the Board and in 2006, was re-appointed CEO.

Mr. Hill is Executive Vice President of the Corporation. He joined Toromont in 1985 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer and became Executive Vice President & CFO in 2002. In 2005, he was appointed Executive Vice President.

Mr. Jewer joined Toromont in 2005 as Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Toromont, he served five years as Chief Financial Officer for another Canadian publicly listed company. He is a Chartered Accountant (1989) and a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland and Ontario.

Mr. Wetherald is Vice President Human Resources and Legal. He joined the Corporation in 2004 as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and became Vice President Human Resources and Legal in 2008. He was previously employed with Torstar Corporation for eleven years as General Counsel & Secretary with corporate development responsibilities, and prior to that for five years with Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg.

Mr. Cuddy is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Corporation. He joined Toromont as General Manager, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer in 1995 and became Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2004. He was previously employed with the systems group of Bell Mobility for three years.
