Toromont represents Caterpillar and other equipment lines, maintaining dealerships in Manitoba, Nunavut, Ontario, Newfoundland and Eastern Labrador, and through Battlefield Equipment Rentals is one of Canada's premier construction equipment rental companies.

As the Caterpillar Dealer for Nunavut, Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland and Eastern Labrador, Toromont Cat sells, rents, and provides customer support services for new and used equipment. Also markets and services Caterpillar engines for on-highway trucks, packages industrial engines, and re-manufactures engines, engine components and other heavy equipment.
Over 300 Caterpillar products including earthmoving and construction equipment, paving machines, forestry and mining equipment, engines and agricultural tractors. Complete supply of replacement parts and fully-equipped service and repair facilities. Truck engine parts and service offered through branch facilities and Truck Engine Product Support Dealers. Industrial engines packaged to supply prime power applications, including co-generation, locomotive, landfill gas, landfill management and remote power generation.
